Make every protocol you prescribe work.
Kinosis is with your patients every day between visits. They follow the protocol, you see whether it's working, you hear about problems before the next visit, and you learn what drives each patient's results.
A personal health agent for your patients, with your team in the loop.

Four questions
Four questions, answered for every patient.
The protocol you prescribe becomes your patient's daily plan.

Are they doing it?
Adherence per protocol item: every medication, supplement, exercise and target, day by day.

Is it working?
Response per marker: each marker's value, direction and readings over time.

Is anything off?
The queue, ranked by who needs you today: a marker not responding, missed doses, a recurring symptom, a patient gone quiet.

Why?
A pattern with its evidence: the readings, the adherence and what tends to come with it, so you can act on it.
Who it is for
Three ways in, one product.
Clinics and practices
One location and one team, from a single practitioner to 500 patients: physiotherapy, nutrition, longevity, surgery recovery, sleep, cardiology follow-up. Sign up and start today, with your logo on your patients' plans.

From $99 a month, 14-day trial.
Clinic groups and hospitals
Several sites and specialties under one organisation. One protocol library for every site, roles and consent per team, a queue per team of who needs attention today, your own brand if you want it, and records that flow to your systems.
Kinosis for clinic groups →
Priced per group.
Health companies
Longevity programs, telehealth and GLP-1 programs, coaching memberships: your own app with your name on it, or the Kinosis protocol layer inside the app you already have. Longer term, pharma and insurers reaching patients through their clinicians.

What every provider gets
Three pieces, all included.
Patient app
Conversational capture in a sentence, a voice note or a photo. The protocol as a live checklist, with adherence, efficacy and signals on screen.
Providers Portal
The team in each patient's record, a queue of who needs attention today, and messages in the patient's own chat.
Platform
The engines (adherence, efficacy, signals, correlations, biological clocks), integrations, API and exports.
Works alongside your systems
The health protocol intelligence layer. Kinosis runs the protocol between visits; your EHR keeps the chart.
Nothing to replace. Kinosis covers what happens between visits; your record system stays where it is.

Privacy and security
Patient data belongs to the patient. The platform is built to keep it that way.
A provider puts its patients' most sensitive data on the platform. This is how that data is handled today, stated as what is in place, not as promises.
Regulation
Kinosis is not a healthcare provider and claims no certification. What it commits to, in writing, per engagement:
- US · HIPAAFor a program that is a covered entity or business associate, Kinosis signs a business associate agreement and handles the patients' protected health information under it. The safeguards below are the technical side of that agreement; access by role, patient consent and the deletion path are the administrative side.
- EU · UK · GDPRHealth data is special-category data: processed only with the patient's explicit consent, under a data processing agreement with the provider, with the standard contractual clauses covering hosting in the United States. Patients keep their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection.
- US statesConsumer-health laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and the California privacy law are met by construction: collection with consent, no sale of data, deletion on request.
- Canada · PIPEDAPatient data is collected with consent and seen by role. Patients keep their rights of access, correction and deletion, and hosting in the United States is disclosed. A breach that creates a real risk of significant harm is reported to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and to the people affected.
Ownership and use
Each patient's data belongs to that patient. Your team sees it under the consent the patient gives, by role. Kinosis never sells or shares patient data, never uses it for advertising, and sells no supplements, tests or prescriptions, so nothing in the business model depends on what the data says.
Tenant isolation
One tenant per provider. A patient's data lives in your tenant and is never visible to another provider or to other patients. Population percentiles are computed from aggregated, anonymised distributions; no individual value is exposed in that calculation.
Export and deletion
Everything is exportable: API, webhooks, PDF reports and a full data export. A patient can delete their account and all of their data from the app at any time; a provider can ask for its tenant to be deleted. Deleted data leaves the automated backups within seven days.
Encryption and storage
TLS 1.2 and 1.3 only, with HSTS, in transit. The database and file storage are encrypted at rest. Photos, lab reports and PDFs sit in a private bucket and are served only through signed links that expire after one hour. Hosted on AWS in the United States, with automated daily database backups.
Access and authentication
Patients sign in with a one-time code sent to their phone; access tokens last fifteen minutes, refresh tokens are bound to the device and can be revoked. Care-team access is gated by role and by patient consent. Kinosis staff access to the administration interface requires a second factor. Secrets never live in code or logs, and phone numbers are masked in logs.
AI processing
Messages are understood by Claude (Anthropic) through its commercial API, which does not use the data to train models; voice notes are transcribed by OpenAI under the same terms. Only the message and the health context needed for the reply are sent. Patient data is not used to train third-party AI models, and Kinosis does not train models on it. Numbers in AI summaries are computed by code and checked against the data; a summary that fails isn't shown.
Engineering practice
Every change passes automated tests and a dependency vulnerability audit before it can be deployed. Security headers (content security policy, frame denial, strict referrer) are set on every page. Google's CASA security assessment, required for the Google Health integration, is in progress in 2026.
Your requirements
Data processing terms, retention and the review your program needs are agreed during discovery, with your compliance team where you have one. The consumer privacy policy describes the same handling for people using the free app. Questions about a specific requirement: partners@kinosis.ai.
